Registration Instructions:
Please click the link below and completely fill out the registration form. Each class needs a separate registration form filled out with the teacher's first and last name.
Registration must be completed and sent by March 17, 2010.
Please be sure to select your preferred concert time by ranking the choices 1 and 2. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. If we are unable to honor your first choice, we will call or email you to verify your second choice.
A confirmation letter and lesson plan will be sent to you as soon as possible after we recieve your registration.
